Mr Elon Musk

SpaceX

Dear Sir,

Please accept the congratulations and admiration of our members on the success of your teams effort in supplying the ISS with the first commercial supply flight.

We see this as a major step forward in the establishment of humans as a space faring species for the betterment of all humankind.

Your personal efforts shows the world what can be done by individuals when the way is not choked by  bureaucratic naysayers.

We look forward to SpaceX’s next step forward and I am sure some of our members would like to participate in the adventure if an opportunity arises for Australian involvement. We have been doing our own research in the settlement of Mars and I would like to draw your attention to our efforts through our website at www.marssociety.org.au . The Mars Society Australia is an independent not-for-profit research organisation (approved by the CSIRO) providing research and education opportunities in association with NASA Ames Research Center in California.

Again a wonderful effort, may all future ventures be as successful.

Best wishes,

David Cooper
