The talk will give an overview of the work carried out since 2016 in Ladakh, India on training scientists and engineers for planetary missions. The focus on interdisciplinary collaboration and working with educators and students is critical to not just develop missions but also a community. Examples of how the 2016 expedition helped the community in India grow will be shared. In 2025, the team is going back to Ladakh with new and stronger partnerships with ISRO and NASA members involved.
